Our products are designed to help customers reach their sustainability goals. Superior Essex Power-over-Ethernet cables are the most energy-efficient on the market, saving money by reducing power loss and overall energy consumption by up to 97%*.

We were the first communications cable manufacturer to publish detailed information about these impacts in independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs). Currently 55 of our products have HPDs and EPDs. Our CAT 6 LSHF product was one of the first products in the market to achieve third-party verification status on our HPD, proving our continued commitment to integrity and assurance.
Both EPDs and HPDs contribute to LEED v4 Building Product Disclosure and Optimization credits (EPD Option 1 and Material Ingredients Option 1). HPDs can also contribute to projects achieving the WELL building standard.
