The Sinclair, which is being converted into an upscale Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, will be the first hotel in the world to use POE (Power over Ethernet) technology to power all of it’s lighting. One of DMI’s most significant moments of growth is tied to the company’s inception. On day one of opening the doors, DMI had 47 employees that followed the owner, Samentha Tiller, when she founded the company in 2005.
