Brian Ensign is the Superior Essex Communications Vice President of Marketing and Demand Creation. His industry experience covers nearly three decades which has been focused on the technology and market development activities within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) community. Brian has been active in structured cabling, intelligent spaces, sustainability, partnerships, and cyber security spaces while aiming to deliver industry leading product solutions that focus on enabling technology and intelligent spaces with sustainability in mind. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the SUNY Polytechnic Institute and has RCDD, NTS, OSP, and RTPM designations from BICSI, where he was also a a former President of the organization.

Annie Bevan is a sustainability professional with over 10 years of experience working with organizations to develop processes, procedures, and standards to analyze and certify various sustainability claims in products, supply chains, buildings, and within manufacturing operations. She is widely regarded in the industry as an expert in sustainability program development, corporate social responsibility and third-party verification. In her role as the Global Head of Sustainability, she oversees Superior Essex market leading sustainability program, working to collaborate and accelerate their sustainability platform through engagement with both customers and suppliers. She is driven by a passion to create positive change through collaboration and is inspired by the interconnectivity of all things in both nature and business.

Daniel Burns is a professional in the communications industry with over 40 years of experience; has spent much of the last two decades with Superior Essex. In his roles at Superior Essex, Daniel has been the Director of Sales as well as the Regional Manager for the Demand Creation department. His current role is in serving the Western United States supporting the initiatives of the Digital Building and Sustainability group. Daniel is an ILFI Ambassador and participates regularly in the Healthy Building and Materials forums. He is passionate about educating clients on the best practices and products to further sustainability practices as those practices support the longterm objectives of his partners. Prior to joining Superior Essex, Daniel also worked for industry leaders ITT, Continental Telephones as well as Leviton.

Randy Butler is an experienced national accounts manager with a two-decade history in working to push forward the electronics and electronic manufacturing industry. In his role as a Client Advisor with the Demand Creation Division of Superior Essex he helps in the exploration of custom solutions with clients to not only meet their project requirements but also attempt to find cost-effective ways better them. Randy is consistently looking for opportunities in new and existing markets to develop long lasting business relationships that furthers sustainability and smart building. He received his degree from St. John Fisher and his background in sales, technical documentation, customer relationship management (CRM), and data centers allows him to be a trusted technical advisor, specifically when discussing intelligent building solutions and green building applications.

Elaine Kasperek leads the economic convergence of Intelligent Buildings and Sustainability in Canada through her role as the Regional Manager for Superior Essex. Elaine has over 30 years of experience within the data communications industry and is a leading voice in the advocation of sustainability. She is passionate about forming mutually beneficial relationships with clients and organizations to help further the deployment of green building practices. Elaine is able to use her knowledge of the market to guide others in looking beyond the walls to see the benefits of incorporating digital sustainability in new build and retrofit projects. She is among the most respected voices in highlighting the positive, cooperative impact that green building has on both occupants and the environment.

David Ducharme is an industry professional with over three decades of professional experience. He is currently a Strategic Account Manager for Superior Essex Communications where he works with partners to help design and implement a complete end-to-end solution. David began his as a fiber technician in the late 1980s before becoming an owner-operator of a communications company. David sold his business and relocated to the Southeast where he went to work in the manufacturing industry. David is a member of BICSI and has been a Registered Communications Distribution Designer for over 15 years. It is through his diverse background — in all areas of communications — that has allowed David to best serve customers from the design phase through final implementation
